PROCEDURE
~ Initiation of the rotary motion by a bow stroke.
~ Push the paddle out to the opposite side at a 90 degree angle to the boat.
~ Paddler leans towards the paddle.
TIP
* The paddle should be as far as possible in the entire course in the 90 degree angle to the boat.
* Towards the end of the stroke and as the speed decreases, the paddle can be easily led forward and the paddler can orient itself from the leaning position.
* The blow is based on the idea that the boat turns around the paddle blade "anchored" in the water.
