PROCEDURE
~ Place the paddling shaft as steep as possible
~ Kick the boat towards the paddle
~ Paddle blade is parallel to the boat in the water.
~ Upper hand holds the paddle.
~ Lower hand pulls the paddle through the water and changes the blade angle so that there is a uniform pressure on the paddle blade
