Hi viewers, we are going to see how to make a perfect kushka or khuska without adding any vegetables. Some people will skip biriyani because it's a time taking process. We are making a perfect menu item for them. In this Kushka, there will be no vegetables. But we can call it a Plain Biriyani. It's the same dish that tastes, smells, and feels like biriyani. let's see how to make a simple gushka. I'm Sunder, Welcome to Recipecheckr. The beauty of the kushka is, This doesn't require any vegetable-cutting, or meat-cutting process. This can be made easily with kitchen available ingredients. The one task is to soak the basmati rice for 20 minutes and wash it. While it's soaking, we can start the process. let's see the ingredients and start cooking.

Veg Kuska (குஸ்கா)
Cooking oil (சமையல் எண்ணெய்) – 5 tbsp
Ghee (நெய்) - 3 tbsp
Bay leaves (பிரியாணி இலை) - 1 nos
Cinnamon – 3 nos
Cloves (கிராம்பு) - 4 nos
Cardamom (ஏலக்காய்) - 3 nos
Green chillies (பச்சை மிளகாய்) - 3 nos
Onion (வெங்காயம்) - 1 big
Ginger Garlic paste (இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது) - 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato (தக்காளி) – 1 nos
Garam masala (கரம் மசாலா) - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies (பச்சை மிளகாய்) – 3 nos
Chilli powder (மிளகாய் தூள்) – 3/4 tsp
Mint leaves (புதினா) - few
Coriander leaves (கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள்) – few
Curd (தயிர்) – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice (எலுமிச்சை) - 1 tsp
Basmati rice (பாசுமதி அரிசி) – 2 cups
Salt (உப்பு) – As per taste
