Ingredients:
For the Sweet Relish: 1 jar (sterilized for longer storage)
2 cucumbers
1/2 red pepper
3 cases of coarse salt
20 cl of white vinegar
200gr of powdered sugar
1/2 tsp of mustard seeds
1/2 tsp of turmeric
For the big mac sauce:
120gr of Mayo (hellmann's)
2 cases of relish
1/2 Tbsp of American mustard
1/2 Tbsp of white vinegar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Ps: to sterilize a container, boil it for 10 minutes
Ps: the cucumbers I use in the video are noa cucumbers
