Derealisation and Depersonalisation | dpdr my life with one of the worst mental health disorders

Derealisation and depersonalisation or dpdr for short has destroyed my life. I’m formally diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), Depression, OCD and eating disorder Symptoms as a result of the anxiety. The derealisation/depersonalisation (dpdr) is the worst of them for sure.
