Hey everyone! So glad you’re here. Today I’m going to talk about my personal journey through DPDR. I experienced severe DPDR symptoms every day for 2 months before I was able to get the help I needed. The people I got help from taught me not to fear my DPDR symptoms, but rather to allow it and accept this is what I’m going through. The work I put in did not make the symptoms go away all at once, but bit by bit, I slowly was able to overcome it and I’d like to share this story with you!

About me: After working so hard in my recovery process and watching others recover too, I became inspired that anxiety recovery truly is possible. I focused hard on my personal journey and made great strides towards relieving my level of anxiety. In hopes to help others, I now share many of my personal tips with my social media followers on a daily basis.

Disclaimer: I love taking you along my journey of anxiety recovery, but I am not a licensed doctor or mental health professional. I am an accredited life coach and do not intend to give medical advice of any sort. I have struggled for many years with anxiety which significantly got worse after a panic attack while driving in early 2020. I was diagnosed with GAD and PD at that time. I use this platform to share things which I have learned in my journey so far and tips which worked for me. You should consult a physician about your own recovery process.
