Making a DIY CNC Metal Lathe | The Frame | #1

Today I'd like to show you my new project - a DIY CNC metal lathe. I'm going to use a 2.2kW AC motor for the spindle drive, axial movement will be achieved by ballscrews. I'll use supported cylindrical linear rails for supporting the axes. This video is how I welded the frame. I hope you will enjoy.
