INGREDIENTS:
For Idli:
* Idli Batter(इडली बैटर)
* Eno(ईनो) - 1/4 Tsp

For Chutney:
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Tsp
* Chana Dal(चना दाल) - 1 Tsp
* Urad Dal(उड़द दाल) - 1/2 Tsp
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 8-10
* Mustard Seeds(राई) -1/2 Tsp
* Asafoetida(हींग) - 2 Pinch
* Curry Leaves(कढ़ी पत्ता) - Some
* Tomato(टमाटर) - 2
* Dry Red Chilli(साबुत लाल मिर्च) - 3-4
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Salt(नमक) - As per taste
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp

For Fried Idli:
* Oil(तेल) -1 Tsp
* Urad Dal(उड़द दाल) -1/2 Tsp
* Chana Dal(चना दाल) - 1/2 Tsp
* Mustard Seeds(राई) - 1/2 Tsp
* Asafoetida(हींग) - 2 Pinch
* Curry Leaves(कढ़ी पत्ता) -Some
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 3-4 Long Chopped
* Onion(प्याज) - 1
* Salt(नमक) - As per taste
* Chilli Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - 1/2 Tsp
* Tomato(टमाटर) - 1
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing

RECIPE:
In a pan, put some Water for boiling and place a stand in it and cover it.
For Idli, in a bowl, take fermented Idli Batter, put Salt and some Eno in it. Mix it and keep it. Take steel thali, place the wet cotton cloth on it. Pour Idli Batter on it with help of a spoon. Place the plate in a steamer. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or till Idlis are done. Then take out the idli when slightly with applying some Water and place it in a bowl. (You can also make the idli in Oil greased Thali). In this way, your Mini Idli/Batasha Idli/Small Idli is ready to serve.
For Chutney, keep the pan on the flame, put Oil, washed Urad Dal & Chana Dal, some Garlic, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, chopped Tomato, Dry whole Red Chilli, some Water, Salt and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder in it. Cook it well and keep the Chutney cool down. Then grind it and take it out in a bowl. Tasty Chutney is ready to serve.
For Fried Idli, heat oil in a pan, put Urad Dal, Chana Dal and Mustard Seeds. When the Dal and Seeds crackle a little then put Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli, Onion, some Salt, Chilli Flakes, chopped Tomato in it. Put some Idlis, some Coriander Leaves in it. Mix it and saute for a few minutes then take it out and serve it with tasty chutney. In this way, super spongy Mini Idli/Small Idli will get ready at home.
