Normal Dahi / Plain Yogurt - 1 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - to adjust consistency
Eno - 1 1/2 tsp OR Baking Soda/Meetha soda - 3/4 tsp
Oil - to grease idli tray
