Quick little 6-12-25 Bicep smasher while our one of our Exton Twins, TGE was in LA recently - filmed at Equinox gym, with some unexpected guest cameos...

You can do up to 5 sets of these, & it won't take long.
To reiterate, this is 3 different exercises, performed directly after each other - no rest between each. 90 seconds rest between each set though. Up to 5 sets. See more on said protocol here: http://www.ldnmuscle.com/the-6-12-25-...

The important thing here to remember is your form, if you swing around and/or do partial reps - this will be a waste of your time.
