Hitting around 70 reps on both triceps and biceps, this is the perfect workout to complete up to 3 times per week for those looking to build their guns most effectively, but don't have hours for daily gym sessions.

Have up to 45 seconds rest between each set, and go to failure on the final set of each superset!
- 3 x 9 reps of Close Grip Bench SUPERSET TO 3 x 9 reps Barbell Curls
- 3 x 10 reps of Dumbbell Skull Crushers SUPERSET TO 3 x 10 reps Incline Bench Curls
