I'm going to show you how to make the most tender, caramelised, easy pork belly burnt ends ever in your Weber.  Although following my times and temps, you can recreate this in any BBQ.

Seriously, this is the easiest recipe on earth and it's absolutely delicious.

Trust me when I say this is the easiest, most tender pork belly burnt ends you will ever make. No kidding!

This is the best way to cook this cut of meat because it gets nice and caramelised on the outside while being so succulent and tender on the inside. Watch how I do it in my Weber and make it look so easy, I know your mouth will start watering before you even start cooking it yourself.


Ingredients:
3kg (6.6lbs) Pork belly (cubed up into 4cm (1 ½”) pieces)
2 tablespoons of sweet BBQ rub (I used Kosmos Sweet Honey Pecan)
2 tablespoons of savoury BBQ rub (I used Meat Mitch Pork Rub)
¼ cup of honey
⅓ cup of brown sugar
150 grams of unsalted butter
⅓ cup of sweet BBQ sauce (I used Meat Mitch Naked BBQ sauce)
1 ½ cups of sweet BBQ sauce for glazing (I used Rib Candy Peachy Peach Habanero)
