COOK WITH ME | Guava + Cheese Pastries

This recipe is a super delicious, quick and easy guava and cheese pastry!

⇢Ingredients
2 pack puff pastry (makes nine pastries)
1 package of cream cheese
1 package of guava paste
1 egg lightly beaten
Sugar (optional)

⇢Directions
▸Unfold puff pastry and cut along the folds
▸Cut each strip into 3 squares, you'll end up with 18 squares total
▸Cube guava paste and cream cheese
▸Place a couple cubes of both in the center of one square
▸Top with another square and pinch corners down
▸Make 3 slices with a knife and brush with egg wash
▸Sprinkle sugar

Place in oven at 350 for 15 minutes
