These flakey, sweet, delicious pastelitos de guayaba y queso are a quick and easy Cuban dessert you can make with just a few ingredients. The guava paste really complements the sweetened cream cheese and flakey puff pastry. I love that you can make these ahead of time an freeze them so you can just pop them into the oven at a moment's notice.
