Guava and Cheese Pastelitos are a true Cuban delight and they're really easy to make. Guava and Cheese Pastries are deilicious and go really well with Cuban coffee. The best part is that they don't require a bunch of ingredients. In fact, this is an all time favorite that you find in cafes all over Miami. Guava and Cheese Pastries are out of this world and they're great to have with a Cuban coffee in the morning. Fun fact? The warmer the pastelito, the better! They're also great when they're at room temperature.
