This pilates ring workout is a bit slower-paced with work for core, legs, and arms. We warm up briefly without the ring, and we stretch at the end.

Notice: some of the movements aren't big movements, but you'll feel big effort if you really focus on them!

I'm sorry I haven't been able to post new workouts and yoga practices as often as I'd like to. I don't have consistent access to a good video-making spot! But I haven't forgotten you and I look forward to bringing you more regular new workouts. In the meantime, check out some of the older ones you might have missed, or try your favorites again. :)
