All the while, GDI has grown complacent, lazy, their dependence on the global Ion Cannon network rendering them far weaker than the council could possibly imagine. Now is the time to act. We must raid GDI's Johannesburg research facility, for there we shall find the plans for the Ion Cannon network - And the means to its undoing. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Casual Guide: Start with using your Commando to destroy everything in her path. Infantry, barracks, the Network Communications Centre and position her just before the start of the bridge. Now take your Shadow Team and fly them over to the two power plants next to the Ion Cannon Control Centre. When that is done, you can either retrieve your Commando and Shadow Team or not, but they're pretty much useless after the first part of the mission. Your new goal is to build up a force and capture the four Labs throughout the map. You're provided with four Reckoners. Because GDI comes at your fast, you should place them defensively around your base and begin building turrets. Once you feel comfortable, build up any type of force in mass that you desire. Bare in mind that most of GDI's defenses and units will be anti-air. So any heavy ground vehicles or infantry will complete this mission. It doesn't matter which direction you decide to go, and capturing any Lab in any order will suffice. Once you secure the areas near the Labs, you can build an Air Tower and call for a Carryall Transport to grab Saboteurs and send them over to capture. You can also use the Reckoners if you didn't deploy them yet and send them over as well. Conversely, you can use Venoms to just attack everything if you have a ginormous swarm of them and walk your Saboteurs over to the Labs. Again, bare in the mind there will be heavier anti-air in this particular mission.
