Kilian Qatar has shown her true colors - The general is a heretic, plotting against Kane. As the general has warmed her way into the public's good graces, Abbess Alexa believes them unlikely to accept her heresy on faith alone. They will require proof. Proof that you will provide.
Kane's forces are currently engaged in a desperate defense of Temple Prime. Infiltrate the battle in the guise of Kilian and commit an act of unforgiveable betrayal. Soon, all the world will know.

Casual Guide:
You begin with a commando and you need to take out anti-air installations. That should care the way for the Vertigo bombers. You can try to rescue the commando, but she isn't necessary for the remaining mission.
This will trigger the next phase, which involves destroying the GDI base southwest. Your allied NOD forces will assist in the attack or attack on their own if you take too long. Also, you'll eventually lose your base and forces so don't bother building or creating additional forces. Bare in mind if you lose them all during this phase (Including the MCV) you will be defeated.
Once the GDI base has been destroyed, you'll trigger the next phase which involves stealing the plans for the Ion Disruptor that you had to destroy
in the GDI campaign. You'll have a Saboteur to protect with another commando. Go through the obstacle course where you'll destroy barrels,
energy fences and militant squads. Ensure the power on both sides are destroyed before proceeding into the inner sanctum of Temple Prime. Otherwise Obelisks of Light will destroy your units.
Once you capture the Ion Shield Research Center, the Saboteur will acquire the data and ride out on an Attack Bike. Protect the Attack Bike and escort him safely to the rendezvous point. Mission accomplished.
