relish recipe

1 quart chopped cucumbers, 5 medium cucumbers

2 medium onions chopped
1 large green bell pepper
1 large red Bell pepper
1/4 cup salt
3 1 /2 cups sugar
1 T. celery seed
1 T. mustard seed , yellow
2 cups Apple Cider vinegar

I doubled this recipe, got 5 pints

water bath 10 minutes
