2 to 3 cups sliced zucchini
Total of at least 10 to 11 cups
1 large onion sliced
1/2 cup canning salt
3 cups white vinegar
3 cups sugar
2 t. Mustard seed
2 t. Celery seed
2 t. Turmeric
3 cups water
Process 15 minutes
