Build Basics: Best Tips for Light Weaving

In this video, I give what I think is the best piece of advice for people who want to improve their light weaving.
It's to slow down your entire process. A lot of people tend to button mash or think they need to go as fast as build videos or streamers. You don't, not if you are just starting to learn.
Start by weaving with just one ability. I recommend your spammable, but it can be any ability. If you can get your LA ratio up to 0.85, then you can add on a second ability and start weaving between those two abilities. Get your ratio up to 0.85, then add on a third. Repeat until you can do your whole rotation with a ratio of 0.85.
By starting slowly and ramping up to your full speed, you'll be able to "feel" the rhythm of weaving. That's the best way to describe light weaving: it's a rhythm that you need to experience and feel. Once you can feel that rhythm, you'll be able to pick it back up no matter what happens in a trial, and you'll be able to subconsciously perform that rhythm as you perform mechanics.
