Not much to talk about in the description; a topic like this is best explained in video format, where there are visual aids.
But generally speaking, learning how to use ESO Logs to figure out where your group can improve is an important skill for a raid leader to learn. There are many publically available logs that you can examine and compare to your own team's logs to learn what other players are doing and how you can best improve your team.
I highly recommend using ESO Logs with your raid teams. It's been nothing but a huge help for the teams I run with, and we're constantly learning and experimenting based on what we've been seeing.
