How to make and can grape jelly from from frozen grapes start to finish.
I finally got a chance to use the grapes I froze early last fall (video here: HARVESTING & FREEZING GRAPES for MAKI...) to make my homemade grape jelly.
In this video I share how I strain the grapes in the Weston Food Strainer.
Then we use the juice to make t48 ounces of jelly on the stove. That's enough to fill twelve 4 oz jelly jars. I use the Ball 4 ounce quilted crystal jelly jars with lids and bands (I call them rims).
Finally, I show you how I water bath can them in my Graniteware canning pot (MADE IN THE USA!) so they can last for months!
