Simple jelly to make with -
1 12 oz can of frozen oj (you can use any frozen juice like grape, apple, etc to make variations)
4 1/2 cups of sugar
2 1/2 cups of water (see note)
1 box of pectin
*If it doesn't set, congrats, you have an orange syrup to use. Next time simmer it longer or reduce the water to 1 1/2 to 2 cups. Not every recipe will work in your altitude and climate and sometimes you need to adjust the recipe a tad bit.
