Making berry wine at home from frozen berries

Have you ever wanted to make wine from fresh fruit? Well in Winter, it's quite hard to find fruits like apples, berries or pears that still taste decent. That's why we went with frozen fruits.
We want to show you how to make wine from frozen fruit. This one was already set up, when we started recording, but we will show you our further steps with it and explain the road so far. There is also a new whole fruit wine coming out later this week. We hope you enjoy!

Ingredients used for this wine:
- 750 gr blueberries
- 1,8 kg blackberries
- sugar
- water
- EC1118 Yeast
- DAP (Di-ammonium Phosphate)
