mixed berry fruit wine 11%

hey home brewers.
So it's been a while since i made my last video. but to kick things off again i am making a mixed berry wine which is 11%
i am using 2 kg of mixed strawberries, blackberries and raspberries which were all frozen which is helpful. :)
