How to make Parboiled Conch
1. Use a brush to wipe the conch.
2. Put 1 tbsp salt in water and let the conch soak for 30 minutes.
3. Wash under running water.
4. Add half a cup of rice wine or 1 tbsp soybean paste to boiling water.
5. Boil for 10-15 minutes with the entrance of the conch facing up.
