Ang sintomas ng may bulate:
masakit ang tyan, matamlay, umiihi sa higaan o bedwetting, vomiting, grinding of teeth, headache, asthma and impaired cognitive development.

Treatment:
pyrantel causes paralysis of roundworm and pinworm while albendazole and mebendazole keeps worms inside the intestine and cause their paralysis.

Albendazole comes in 400mg tablet and must be given in  crushed form for kids under five. It is never given to 0-11month infant.
12-23 months give half or 20mg crushed albendazole; for 24-59mos or 2-5year old give 1 tablet or 400 mg crushed.

Role of antihistamine diphenhydramine: to prevent erratic migration or movement of worms to nose, ears, mouth, eyes. Dosage: give 5-10 ml 3xdsy for 2days, before deworming, best as computed by your favorite pediatrician.
