Grab a band, follow along and let's get that upper body warmed up to workout with this 3 minute dynamic stretching routine! We will be going through 9 movements doing 20 seconds on each movement and you only need to do this warm up 1 time before you workout. The purpose with this routine is to loosen up your muscles and joints. You shouldn't be straining yourself but you should be feeling your muscles activating. Dynamic stretching warm ups are essential to do before you exercise in order to perform optimally while reducing your risk of injury. Train hard but also smart. Give this dynamic stretching warm up routine a try before next time you work out your upper body!

Upper Body Dynamic Stretching Movements:
1. Front Ups - 2:36
2. Rear Ups - 2:56
3. Over and Backs - 3:16
4. Overhead Alternating Pull Downs - 3:36
5. Pull Aparts - 3:56
6. Forward Arm Circles - 4:16
7. Backward Arm Circles - 4:36
8. External Rotations - 4:56
9. Torso Twist - 5:16
