► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells and an optional light to medium weight mini loop resistance band. We're using 15-20 lb dumbbells.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️3 Circuits
✔️ 2-3 Strength Training Exercises Per Circuit (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest, repeat x2)
✔️ 2 Cardio Tabata Exercises Per Circuit (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, repeat x3)

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE
▪️Strength
1) Goblet Squat + 3 Count Step Out At Bottom, R/L
2) Curtsy Lunge + Side Leg Lift, R/L
3) 5 Bridges + 5 Booty Band Openers
Repeat x2
▪️Cardio Tabata
1) Loaded Squat Jack + Front/Back Hop (MOD: Loaded Squat Walk Up/Back)
2) 2 Lateral Squat Walks + 2 Squat Jacks (MOD: Squats)
Repeat x3

2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO
▪️Strength
1) Lunge Swings, R/L
2) Single Leg Deadlift, R/L (MOD: Stagger Stance)
Repeat x2
▪️Cardio Tabata
1) Lunge Jumps (Mod: Lunge Jacks)
2) Speed Skaters  
Repeat x3

3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE
▪️Strength
1) Quadruped Fire Hydrant + Kick, R/L
2) Quadruped Donkey Kick, R/L
Repeat x2
▪️Cardio Tabata
1) Staggered Squat + Rear Leg Lift
2) 2 Pulse Quarter Turn
Repeat x3
