Strengthen your lower body with this triset workout! A triset combines three exercises to hit your muscles from several different angles - BURNING OUT the muscles during each circuit!
This workout targets the hips, hamstrings, glutes, calves and quads in around 30 minutes. All you need is a set of dumbbells.

► EQUIPMENT: Medium to Heavy Set of Dumbbells

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️2 Triset Circuits
✔️3 Leg Exercises Per Triset
✔️Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
✔️Repeat each Triset x 3 sets

1. 2 Pulse Squat + 2 Calf Raises
2. Pendulum Lunge
3. Lateral Lunge
2️⃣ TRISET TWO: PULL
1. Deadlift
