Grilled Chicken with Butter

ingredient
  400g chicken thigh meat
  1 onion
  1 lemon
  150g meat oyster mushrooms
  80g butter
  a little rosemary
  salt
  olive oil
  pepper


Remove the fat from the chicken and simply season with salt, pepper, and herb mix.
Slice the onion and lemon into round and thin slices.
Remove the stems of oyster mushrooms and trim them.
Add olive oil to the pan and add the chicken.
Put butter on top, and when the butter melts, add onion, lemon, and oyster mushrooms.
Add some rosemary as well.
Bake until golden brown.
