Here's the full workout found in this video:
1- Heel Kicks -- Warm Up Exercise
2- High Knees -- Warm Up Exercises
3- Skater's Step
4- Lateral Hops
5- Left Leg Runner's Hop
6- Frontal Hops
7- Squat Jumps
8- Right Leg Runner's Hop
9- Burpees

These plyometric exercises are performed as a HIIT Interval Workout. You'll be working for 30 seconds, followed by a 5 second rest, before jumping into the next exercise.

Be forewarned, depending on your fitness level, this can be a very CHALLENGING workout! Please perform with caution, and work within your limits.
