An Instant Idli Dosa recipe for all idli dosa lovers made with whole grain flours so healthy and so delicious!  No more grinding and preparing the batter a day before. This instant breakfast is ready in 15 minutes. This kind of breakfast is very beneficial for those with diabetes as the whole grains I have used are low on the glycemic index. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup semolina flour (soji)
1/3 cup finger millet flour (ragi)
1/3 cup quick cooking oats flour
1/4 cup urad dal (black lentils) flour
1 cup plus 1/2 cup water
1 tsp Eno fruit salts
1/2 tsp salt
