Playing Dirty

The plaintiff owns a mobile detailing company, and the defendant hired him to clean a boat and two cars. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant put a stop payment on his paycheck, so the plaintiff is suing for the wages he is owed. The defendant says the plaintiff did a horrible job and that’s why he canceled the check.
