Misrepresenting

The plaintiff says she paid the defendant, a real estate broker, for an apartment he found for her. However, every time she tried to move in, the landlord provided a bunch of excuses, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant insists the plaintiff was the one who wasn’t ready to move in, and she decided she didn’t want the apartment anymore.
