It's super easy to make and delicious .....

ingredients;

Batter;

1 bag tapioca starch (blue bag)
1  bag rice flour  
14 cups water
1 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of oil

 filling;

2 lbs ground pork
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of seasoning sauce
1/2  tsp of pork flavor
1/4  tsp of black pepper
1 1/2 cup of spring onion

 Dipping Sauce for Steam Roll;

 8 red chilies (pounded)
2 tbsp of  peanut butter ( pounded) you can use the creamy one it's fine
2 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce
2 tsp of sugar
* lime juice to taste
* cilantro

   additional ingredients;

Fresh herbs: cilantro, Thai basil, Mint, cucumber
Fried onion, Bean sprouts
