1 cup of crushed corn flake crumbs
2/3 cup of flour
1 egg
1/4 t salt
1/8 t black pepper
2 slice of American Cheese Singles
3T tartar sauce
2 hamburger buns
a pinch or two of more salt to lightly salt the fish
