Here's a much more flavorful and safer Filet-O-Fish inspired by the legendary McDonald's Franchise. This version tastes so much better and it is so much better for you considering the fact that we are making it from home and we know what's going inside of it. I hope you all enjoy! (Serves 2)
2 Square Atlantic Cod Fillets
1 Egg
1/2 Can of Beer (of your choice)
2 Cups of Self-Rising Flour
2 Tablespoons of Corn Starch
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Old Bay Seasoning
Kosher Salt
Lemon Pepper
Yellow Mustard
Vegetable Oil for Frying
2 Soft Potato Hamburger Buns
2 Slices of Yellow American Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Sweet Relish
Homemade Tarter Sauce:
1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons of Mayo
1 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon of Worchestersire Sauce
Fresh Dill (Chopped)
