Notes & Thoughts:
The new Exuro Gear Set makes the Incinerator Turret much easier to use now that it does an 360 Area of Effect (AoE). However, it's biggest drawback is still that cooldown which can be around 40 give or take depending on how much skill haste you invest. So this setup tries to keep it up as much as possible with minimal cooldown time.

To do that, I paired 4pc Exuro with the Caeser's Guard named chest for Perfectly Skilled and the BTSU gloves. Perfectly Skilled allows for a 30% chance on Skill Kill to reset your next skill that goes on cooldown. The Fire Turret itself is not consistent to activate this talent because the burn damage over time isn't considered a skill kill, I think and the direct Fire damage isn't reliable. That's where the Stinger Hive comes in. It's also an AoE effect so it can reliably hit anything in it's range. Fire Turret burns the enemies making them slower allowing for the Stinger Hive to hit and get the kill to activate Skilled. If you don't have BTSU or the Named Chest: a Wyvern Chest with Regular Skilled should work fine too and Vile, Waveform, or a China Light piece could be used. A high-end backpack with someething like Tech support or Memento could be used too, but that juicy 25% extra range for the Turret is hard to pass up.

If Skilled doesn't activate or the Stinger Hive goes on cooldown to use up the Skilled activation instead of the Turret, then the BTSU gloves are a backup means to reset the Turret. This reset is also helpful in situations where there are no enemies to kill to activate Skilled and I'm up against a Boss or two.

I have no healing so I opted for a couple of armor on kill mods to get some sustain. The rest is just a mix of Skill Damage, Status Effects, and Skill Haste, with more of an emphasis towards Skill Damage. It's probably better to go all Skill Damage as that benefits both skills whereas Status Effect doesn't benefit the Stinger Hive's bleed as much and with Skilled, Skill Haste really isn't needed. But I did want some haste to keep the Stinger Hive Charge Recharge somewhat low.

Capacitor for obvious reasons. However, I noticed that I don't really shoot a lot, so the Test Subject named AR might be more helpful. The instant damage boost from In Sync will probably provide more consistent boosted damage for skills vs building stacks with the Capacitor. Test Subject also allows you to use Scorpio.

I'm using Survivalist for the Fire Grenades and the Crossbow. The crossbow helps against Heavies and Robotics. However, the other specializations also have their benefits. Technician is great for the +1 Skill Tier so you can roll an extra armor or weapon core on the build. The EMP immunity for the dropped skills is also really helpful when going up against EMP. Firewall is great for the Sidearm to reduce Burn Resistance on enemies so that you can light Robotics on fire. Gunner is nice for the additional armor on kill and the Minigun is fun to mow down burning enemies and decent against heavies.

All in all, pretty fun. It's somewhat of a Throw and Forget and let the skills do all the work. Works great Solo especially smaller missions. Skilled might not be as efficient in groups because of the on kill requirement and open world might be difficult due to the limited range of the skills.
