Oxidizer and Clusters are great for everything except Heavies. I could swap one of the skills to a ballistic skill like a Turret or Drone, but sometimes in the middle of a fight, it's not easy/quick to do. The changes from my old build is Survivalist instead of Technician and swapped 1pc of China Light and 1pc of Improvised for the 1pc of Hana-U and 1pc Picaro Holster. Survivalist Crossbow is great for cracking Heavy Armor making them much quicker to take down. he Fire Grenade is also nice to CC enemies making them easier targets for Seekers and Oxidizer. Picaro is also a great way to add some weapon damage without sacrificing a Skill Tier. This extra weapon damage should also buff the Crossbow and the Test Subject some more making them a bit more efficient at taking down Heavies. Scorpio is also used for Heavies and enemies that rush and get to close. Scorpio adds some welcome CC options. The rest of the build is pretty standard skill damage choices. China Light provides some extra Explosive Damage for the Seekers. Wyvern and the 2nd piece of Hana-U provide some additional Skill Damage. Memento for it's utility bonuses, armor regen, skill efficiency, and extra weapon damage. Went with a couple of Protection from Elites mod because Skill Haste wasn't going to reduce my cooldowns by much at this point. The other mods weren't too useful for the build. Crit might be okay, but I felt the extra Protection helps a bit more with survivability. Tag Team helps get my Oxidizer and Cluster Seekers back pretty quick allowing me to spam them pretty often. Just have to be careful I don't die to my own Oxidizer shots. There's different setups to maximize skill damage, but those don't help me as well in the worst case scenarios namely when a heavy shows up. So this setup, at least for me, boosts my efficiency in those moments by boosting my weapons. I have fun with this since it's a bit more active to use in terms of a skill build. If I'm lazy, I will switch to my Sniper Turret/Explosive Seeker build, but this one is fun to spam areas with Oxidizer and watch the enemies Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive and... Dodge the Seekers and Oxidizer clouds..
