Delicious apple dessert. You don't need an oven to make this dessert. Apples are very soft and fragrant. This dessert can replace apple pie if you don't have an oven. Easy apple pie! Very tasty, fast and easy.

To cook dessert with apples in a pan:
Apple - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Butter - 10 g
Dough:
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 120 g
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
Sour cream or yogurt - 180 g
Sugar - 40 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Salt - a pinch
1. Cut apples into slices. Put a piece of butter in the pan. Lay out the apples. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Mix. Fry apples over low heat for 5 minutes.
2. For the dough, mix all the ingredients. All ingredients must be at room temperature.
3. Pour the dough over the apples. Cover with a lid and bake for 15 minutes over low heat. If condensation appears on the lid, wipe it off with a paper towel.
4. When the dough is baked, cover it with parchment and turn it over with a plate.
5. Bake the dough for another 5 minutes on the other side.
