To make a lazy pita, cheese and cottage cheese pie:
Mozzarella - 150 g
Curd - 200 g
Ground black pepper, salt - to taste
Lavash - 2 pcs. (200 g)
Egg - 4 pcs.
Milk - 200 g
Butter - 30 g
1. Grate the cheese. Mix cottage cheese and mozzarella. Divide the filling into 3 parts.
2. Mix egg and milk, add black ground pepper and salt to taste.
3. Cut pita bread into 4 rectangles.
4. Lubricate the baking dish with butter.
5. Moisten pita bread in egg and milk, put in a baking dish. Put some of the filling on top, etc.
6. Pour the remaining egg and milk mixture into the mold.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
