When it comes to planning and measuring your running you’ve got the option, you can track time or distance, but which should you use?

There are benefits to both and it depends on several factors all of which we'll be covering. At the end of this video, you can then decide what works best for you and your running. Oh and Heather will also be sharing a couple of her favourite sessions for either method!
