A 5K Race Anyone Can Win

Welcome to the ultimate 5k handicap race. Running Channel presenters Anna, Sarah, Andy and Jess are going head to head across 5k on an even playing field.

The faster you are the longer you have to wait on the start line before setting off, and then it’s a question of how much do you want to win?

Will Andy be able to claw back a sprint finish, or is the handicap enough to give Anna, Sarah or Jess the edge? Keep watching to find out!
