INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for Rajgira Kadhi
Curd/ Yogurt – ½ cup
Rajgira flour – ½ cup
Rock salt – ½ tsp
Red Chili powder – ¼ tsp
Desi Ghee – 1 table spoon
Cumins – 1 tsp
Green Chili – 2, chopped
Ginger – ½ inch, chopped
Curry leaves – 5 to 7 leaves
Cardamom – 2, crushed
Clove – 3
Bay leaf – 3 leaves (small sized)
Red chili pepper – 1 (dried)
Coriander leaves – chopped
Mint leaves - dried

राजगिरा की कढी  की सामग्री
दही – १/२ कप​
राजगिरा का आटा – १/२ कप​
सेन्धा नमक – १/२ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – १/४ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - १ चम्मच​​
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिरच - २, कटी हुई
अदरक – १/२ इन्च (कटा हुआ)
कढी पत्ता - ५ से ७ पत्ते
हरी इलाइची - २, कूटी हुइ
लोंग – ३
तेज पत्त - ३ (छोटा आकार​)
साबुत लाल मिर्च - १ (सूखी हुई)
धनिया - कटा हुआ
पुधीना - सूखा हुआ
