Hello, today we have Georgetown Cupcakes
It's a recipe from a famous Georgetown cupcake.
It's a recipe that lets you taste red velvet cupcakes.
I think it's good to make it for Christmas.

I cut the original recipe in half. If you want to make plenty, double the ingredients.
There are some differences in how to make it because of the ingredients in the house.
And when I added the last milk

▶ Ingredients (about 8 ~ 10 cupcakes, about 3 hours)
+ Time includes cooling time, excluding time to prepare ingredients

Cupcakes-Salt Free Butter 85g, Sugar 170g, 1 Egg, Vanilla Extract 4ml, Red Food Color, Gravity Powder 195g, Cocoa Powder 10g, Milk 175ml, Salt 1g, Baking Soda 2g, Vinegar 2g

Frosting-Cream Cheese 85g, Salt-Free Butter 28g, Vanilla Extract 2ml, Sugar Powder 200g

1) Preheat oven to 175 degrees and place heritage paper on muffin mold
2) Put the cold butter in a bowl and loosen it, add sugar and mix well
(Use hand mixer and whip for about 5 minutes)
3) Add eggs and mix well
4) Mix cocoa powder, pigment, and vanilla extract in another bowl and mix in a butter bowl
(The original recipe is like this, but only gel type and powder coloring. I added cocoa powder with flour.
5) Mix salt and milk in another bowl
6) Add about 1/3 of the flour and mix, add 1/3 of milk + salt
(If you haven't added cocoa powder yet, mix it with flour)
7) Repeat step 6 two more times
8) Add some baking soda and vinegar to the other bowl and mix it to form a foam.
9) Fill the prepared mold about 2/3
10) Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 175 degrees (until the skewer sticks out of the dough)
11) Make frosting while the baked cupcakes cool
12) Put salt-free butter and cream cheese on the bowl and mix quickly (until you feel fluffy)
13) Add vanilla and mix, whip sugar powder and keep whipping
14) It takes quite a long whipping to produce fluffy frosting (over 2 minutes at high speed)
15) Squeeze in a squeeze bag and squeeze it over the cooled cupcakes
(I put frosting, put it in the fridge and harden it.)
+ Make frozen cakes and eat them within 2 ~ 3 days

85g unsalted butter, 170g sugar, 1 egg, 4ml vanila extract, red food coloring, 195g all purpose flour, 10g cocoa powder, 175ml milk, 1g salt, 2g baking soda, 2g vinegar

85g cream cheese, 28g unsalted butter, 2ml vanila extract, 200g powdered sugar
