We tried hard to find equivalents to the flour types used in the original recipe. The flour types indicated here and on my website (link below) should work quite well with this recipe. We encourage you to try it out and leave us a commentary below how it all worked out!
Rather keep away from "all purpose flour" (it might be used instead of "bread flour, but we have not tested this) and "cake flour", or "self rising flour"!
