MOMO is available and enjoyed throughout Nepal. Especially in Kathmandu, you can find 100s of MOMO shop. There are many ways to make dumplings or MOMO. Today, I am showing you my recipe for veg momo. If you try this veg MOMO recipe in the exact same way how I showed in this video, you will be glad you tried. This delicious treat will leave you and your family speechless.
Momo is a type of steamed bun with some form of filling. Momo has become a traditional delicacy in Nepal, Tibet and among Nepalese/Tibetan communities in Bhutan, as well as Sikkim state and Darjeeling district of India. It is one of the most popular fast foods in Nepal. Momos have also spread to other countries like United States (some parts), UK and India.
Ingredients for Perfect MOMO Recipe | VEG DUMPLING Recipe :
Ingredients
300 gram Cabbage finely chopped
200 gram Paneer
1/2 cup of onion cut into small size
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp ginger and 1/2 tbsp garlic finely chopped
1/2 tbsp curry powder 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 table spoon oil
Some coriander chopped to garnish and for the best flavour.
