Warmup:
- 9x front fold slide from plank
- 9x reverse plank slide from crunch
- 9x straddle closes (on back)
- both sides 9x side plank leg lifts

Main Set:
- 3x sliding half & half circle flares
- 3sets 3x dragging flare kicks

Repeat main set (if learning flare for first time) OR repeat other side (if you already know flare one side)

My demos here were pretty bad, I'll try to be better about recording these at the beginning of practice rather the end.
